Common questions

Will the pins hurt my pet? No — the tips are rounded. Keep the pressure light and let the angle of the pins pull the loose coat; pressing hard is what causes brush burn with any slicker.

Is it any good on matted fur? It will break up light tangles. Solid mats close to the skin need a dematting comb or a groomer first.

Cats or dogs? Both. The head size suits cats and small-to-medium dogs best; for a large double-coated dog, expect to empty it more often.
