Quick answers
- Where's my order? Check your shipping confirmation email for tracking. If it's been longer than expected, email us with your order number and we'll chase it.
- Which size do I need? Measure your pet lying down from nose to base of tail, and add a few centimetres. Email us their breed and measurements if you'd like us to pick for you.
- I want to return something. Email us with your order number and we'll send return instructions. We cover return postage.
