Straight answers, from a small UK team.

ChillPaw Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. We sell cooling and self-heating mats for cats and dogs, alongside a small range of grooming tools built for the same problem: pets that feel the weather more than we'd like to admit.

How we work

We don't manufacture the mats ourselves. We work with a manufacturing partner who makes them, and we bring them to UK pet owners with our own sizing guides, care instructions and customer support. Some reviews on our product pages were originally left on our manufacturing partner's listing before ChillPaw launched here — we say so wherever that applies, and we publish the critical reviews alongside the good ones.

Why we exist

British homes get cold floors in winter and overheated rooms in summer, and pets deal with both more than they let on. We'd rather sell a small range of products that solve one problem well than try to be a general pet shop.
